Summary of Position
This individual should have a design mindset to cultivate and nurture the firm’s culture in Atlanta.
As a Seller (75%) / Doer (25%), this leader will leverage their established network to grow business in one or more verticals of higher education, healthcare, and/or commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Foster The Company Culture
Champion the company culture, including fundamental behaviors and daily practices, and drive its implementation and adoption in everyday operations
Demonstrate exceptional vision, team leadership, and communication skills and will oversee projects from conception to completion to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
Develop and guide a scalable local high-performance design team
Plan and lead recruiting for hire new team members to support growth plans
Partner closely with Studio/ Design Lead on performance and compensation evaluations
Provide high-level oversight of all projects in all phases
Provide guidance to future hires in balancing the goals and agendas of clients, internal design teams, and budget realities to maintain quality of work and consistency of vision
Lead career development planning with the Atlanta office/ GA future hires
Coach teams to stay focused on positive results by removing roadblocks, resolving issues, and creating conditions for great work
Oversee project staffing and utilization across the office
Champion company mission and growth
Cultivate Client Relationships & Growth, and build relationships across client businesses that are built on trust and will drive incremental revenue
Set and manage client expectations around fees, schedule, budget, and scope
Be accountable for target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Atlanta office
Manage overarching relationships with consultants and partners
Cultivate a close working relationship with the home office and other related entities (Single Firm, Multi-Office)
Play a lead role on project pursuits
Hold responsibility for contract compliance, and risk management
